Obaje (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is a leading online Sports Betting service in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Obaje and its users ("you" or "Member").

Obaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If fraud or irregularity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For legal reasons or upon direction from a regulatory authority.

Obaje is committed to delivering the highest standard of service at all times. However, Obaje is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Any loss caused by a malfunction or issue with your device.
• Delays resulting from third-party service (mobile banking) failures.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Unexpected technical failures beyond Obaje's control.

Obaje's total liability shall in no case exceed the total funds deposited in your account. Betting is inherently risky — never bet more than you can afford to lose.
